It’s Monday and I had to have a meeting with the scale this morning. It has been one week…. actually less because I started on Tuesday or Wednesday last week. According to the scale this morning I am SANS 5 pounds, which means I am 250 at the moment.
I would say that I did well last week, but will be curious if I am able to hit 245 next Monday. I say that because I ate fairly well, but not perfect and I was active on most days, but only hit the gym a couple days. I think the small changes make a big difference, so hopefully I can keep on the same path and improve my time in the gym.
My wisdom of the week, concerning weight loss……. When it’s busy, it’s hard to stay on track…. very hard. The best way to combat this is to think ahead and keep it simple.
