Microsoft to buy Yahoo!?

It WILL help Microsoft to make the gap smaller between them and Google, but I don’t think Microsoft has anything to add to Yahoo to make it better or more popular than Google. Ever… Isn’t this just a case of keeping up with the Joneses anyway.
