UNC 113, Mount St. Mary’s 74 = Dunkfest!

 

I didn’t get to see the game last night, but it appears UNC had a pretty fun time beating the crap out of Mount St. Mary’s. Obviously it would have been a HUGE upset for The Mount to have won, but UNC managed to pull WAY ahead and from the highlights, it looked like there was a bunch of goofing off on the part of UNC, in the form of dunking the ball over and over. The St. Mary’s credit, it appeared that they played hard throughout the entire game, they just didn’t have enough to keep up.

Hopefully this was a good warm up for the Tar Heels because it’s not going to get any easier as the brackets get smaller.
