Goodbye Joomla, Hello WordPress!
As you may have noticed, I have not been updating very frequently in the past week or two. As it stands I am working rebuilding KamenLee.Com in WordPress. I currently use Joomla as my platform for this site and I think Joomla is great, but it is a little slow, doesn’t really play well with others, and seems to be more than I need for what this site accomplishes. The WordPress version of the site is still in “Beta” and will not replace the current site to my liking. Feel free to check it out. I have moved all of my posts to the new site and am now working on solutions for the photo section, the Flickr App, the Twitter feed, and setting up the look and feel. Once all is complete, KamenLee.Com will be moved to the new site permanently.
For those of you that have been following my sites for a while, this will seem odd since my sites have changed several times in the last year or two. I either have ADD, come to think of it my favorite part of having a site is building it, but it may also be that I am striving to make the best possible site for everyone to enjoy. I think it will be a well received change and I can promise it will probably not be the last.
